Wize Solutions Appoints ex-Microsoft Exec Aileen Allkins As Chief Executive Officer

Wize Solutions has welcomed Ms Aileen Allkins as Chief Executive Officer. Ms Allkins joins the business on January 10th, 2022, and, among other responsibilities, will help lead the new go-to-market strategy for Wize’s first enterprise solution, Talentwize.
As an accomplished customer-focused executive, Ms Allkins has spent her career transforming the customer service and support experience of some of the world’s best-known technology companies. From 2016 to 2020 she was the Corporate Vice President of Global Customer Service and Support at Microsoft, leading a diverse and international team of over 25,000 service professionals to provide world-class technical support for millions of customers.
Prior to joining Microsoft in 2016, she led worldwide technical support for Hewlett Packard Enterprise’s (HPE) software business and was responsible for consolidating the customer support experience following several acquisitions. Since then, Ms Allkins has been providing consulting services to a number of companies through the consultancy business she established in 2020.

Ms Allkins will continue her role as Senior Advisor with the Boston Consulting Group and as Non-Executive Director at ABBYY and will be relocating to Cyprus to be closer to the YNV Head Office, where she will also assume the responsibilities of Executive Director of YNV and Chief Customer Officer for YNV sister companies, Elev8 and Tek Experts.
